UMEUS is a new student co-living concept that offers accessible living in great locations, near city centers and educational institutions. UMEUS is an amalgam of YOU, ME & US, and is designed to support a positive and encouraging student life.
Student housing should support personal development and enable a promising student experience - not be a source of stress. UMEUS offers all the amenities students will ever need during their studies, nurturing an authentic feeling of community.

Study hall
Having a designated and quiet area is key when studying. At UMEUS you don’t have to leave your home to focus on your work. We’ve prepared a functional study hall, just a few steps away from your Studio.
Community Manager
Community manager is here to help you out and to foster community. You can get answers to your questions or share ideas to make UMEUS even better!
Laundry room
We naturally have a fully equipped laundry room. You shouldn’t have to leave the premises for fresh and clean clothes.
Common rooms
Few things can be achieved alone. Whether you are preparing for a group exam, planning the next UMEUS activity, or starting a student organization, the common room offers the necessary privacy and facilities.

FAQ
Who can live at UMEUS?
You can apply to rent a Studio at UMEUS if:
- You are between 18–30 years old at the time of moving in.
- You’re a student in a higher education program, or if you’re going to study in one within three months of moving in.
Diversity means a lot to us at UMEUS, so there will be ample opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds.
How do I apply?
You can apply for a studio by clicking Apply Now on our frontpage. You will be redirected to Hybel where you’ll see all available studios and can apply for one.
Can I apply even if I haven’t received an acceptance letter from my higher education program yet?
To be admitted to UMEUS, you must either be already studying in a higher education program or be enrolled to start on one within three months of moving in.
When can I move in to UMEUS?
All tenancies start 01.08. To collect your keys you will need to visit the on-site office in Nardobakken 3 in our office hours. (mon-fri, 09.00-15.00)
How long can I stay at UMEUS?
Until you’re not a student anymore!
